This site exists because the national VA lenders dominate the search results, yet their Oregon content stays thin. National lenders won't walk you through Oregon's disabled-Veteran property tax exemption, which exempts a fixed amount of assessed value ($32,512 service-connected / $27,092 non-service-connected for 2026-27, for Veterans with a 40%+ rating). They won't tell you how the Oregon Bond Residential Loan or the ODVA Oregon Veteran Home Loan can layer with VA financing either. That's the gap we close.

My focus

After years in a broader mortgage practice, we narrowed in on Oregon VA loans because doing them well takes depth a generalist can't reach.
